The Squeeze Pelletizing Machine achieves the drying and plasticizing of soft plastic with water through special designed screw. The produced plastic pellets can be used for the next step of pelletizing, greatly increasing the output. It realizes the three processes of centrifugal dehydration, hot air drying and agglomeration on one machine, which simplifies the process, increases the output and reduces the energy consumption.

Applications:

The Parallel Twin Screw Pelletizing Line is suitable for recycling and pelletizing soft plastics such as PE PP film, woven bags, etc.

Integrated Dewatering, Drying and Pelletizing

The machine combines squeezing, dewatering, drying, densifying, and pelletizing functions into a single unit, simplifying the recycling process and reducing equipment investment.
Efficient Moisture Removal

Through high-pressure screw squeezing and friction heating, the machine effectively reduces the moisture content of washed plastic films from up to 30–40% down to less than 3–5%, preparing the material for direct extrusion or pelletizing.
Increased Bulk Density

The squeezing and densifying process significantly increases the bulk density of lightweight plastic films, making storage, transportation, and subsequent processing more efficient.
